Christmas shoebox appeal launches to help children
Published · 1 min read
A Christmas shoebox appeal has launched in Staffordshire to provide gifts for children who might otherwise go without.
Organised by World Give, the initiative encourages residents to fill shoeboxes with presents and return them for distribution through schools, charities, and Staffordshire County Council. The appeal aims to support children and families facing financial hardship, with one in seven local children potentially missing out on formal Christmas presents.
